Traffic Update as of July 28
As we head into August our construction crews continue to work in all areas of the Bypass project. Here is the work that will be completed over the next few weeks.
Safety Message:
Please be advised that public traffic, walking or cycling in the work areas on the south and west sections of the Bypass (Highway11 to Highway 33) is strictly prohibited.
For safety reasons, please stay away from the active work zones and respect the access control signage.
Highway 11
Lane closures and reduced speeds for paving of ramps and the cross over north of the bridge.
Dewdney Avenue
Now reopened.
The southbound mainline from Rotary Avenue to Hill Avenue is now closed for finishing work.
Highway 1 West and East
On-going work adjacent to the road will need temporary daily lane closures and reduced speeds.
Expect lane closures and reduced speeds short during paving operations.
Pinkie Road
Expect lane closures and reduced speeds east of the bridges during paving operations.
West Regina Bypass
Temporary daily lane closures and reduced speeds for work adjacent to the road.
Expect lane closures and reduced speeds during paving operations.
North Service Road
Lane closures and reduced speeds for shoulder paving.
9th Avenue North at Pinkie Road and Condie Road
Reduced speeds during paving operations.
Armour Road
Reduced speeds during paving operations.
Please Note:
As this work is being completed, motorists can expect short detours, lane closures and speed reductions. The planned construction dates are tentative and may be subject to weather
