Traffic Advisory – July Long Weekend Traffic
With the anticipated increase in traffic during the July long weekend, Regina Bypass wants to remind motorists to make safety a priority.
During the long weekend, traffic restrictions along Highway 1 East will remain in effect. Drivers can expect reduced speeds and single lane traffic through the construction zones.
With Regina Bypass construction also happening in a variety of locations, all motorists should contact the Highway Hotline for construction updates and travel restrictions.
During construction, all drivers are reminded to watch for work zones and slow to 60 km/h as the safety of residents and those working on the Regina Bypass is a priority.
Motorists can expect short delays due to speed reductions as they make their commute to and from Regina.
