Project
The Regina Bypass Consortium entered into a Public-Private partnership with the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure (MHI) in 2015. The Bypass team is in charge of the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance during the 30 years of the Bypass project.
- Under the project agreement, the MHI will make milestone payments to the Regina Bypass consortium when he substantial completion of each phase is reached.
- Once construction is completed, the MHI will then make payments available to the consortium. These payments will be contingent with actual upon actual lane availability and overall quality of service.
